Anda bekerja di sektor-sektor yang terkait dengan pembangunan Indonesia dan ingin meningkatkan kapasitas keilmuan? Berani berkomitmen terhadap kemajuan Indonesia dan bersedia mengaplikasikan ilmu yang didapatkan untuk pembangunan Indonesia?

StuNed atau Studeren in Nederland atau studi di Belanda mungkin bisa menjadi jawabannya. Karena StuNed merupakan program beasiswa yang diberikan oleh pemerintah Belanda kepada para mid-career professional Indonesia.

Setiap tahunnya, antara 150-200 beasiswa penuh ditawarkan kepada mereka yang berkecimpung dalam pembangunan Indonesia. Program ini bertujuan membantu pembangunan Indonesia melalui peningkatan sumber daya manusia pada institusi-institusi di Indonesia.

Wanita diprioritaskan

Kandidat yang dicari untuk mengisi beasiswa ini adalah mereka yang berkomitmen tinggi meningkatkan sumber daya manusia dan kapasitas institusi dari mitra Kedutaan Besar Kerajaan Belanda, memperkuat kerja sama bilateral antara Indonesia dan Belanda dan juga meningkatkan efektivitas dari program-program kerja yang sedang berjalan.

Hanya saja, prioritas beasiswa ini akan diberikan kepada calon peserta yang berasal dari organisasi-organisasi lokal yang bermitra dengan Kedutaan Besar Kerajaan Belanda seperti departemen, lembaga pemerintah non departemen, pemerintah daerah, LSM, bahkan dari sektor swasta yang memiliki keterkaitan erat dengan isu-isu pembangunan yang relevan dengan Multi-Annual Strategic Plan (MASP) 2008- 2011 Kedutaan Besar Kerajaan Belanda.

Hanya pria? Tidak. Karena beasiswa ini juga diprioritaskan diberikan kepada para kandidat perempuan dan calon peserta dari luar Jawa.

Siapa kandidatnya?

Beasiswa StuNed diperuntukkan khusus untuk para profesional Indonesia dengan masa kerja minimum dua tahun di tempat kerja terakhir, bukan masa kerja kumulatif. Hanya, sektor-sektor yang diprioritaskan dari program beasiswa ini adalah pendidikan, good governance, iklim investasi, manajemen air, penyediaan air bersih dan sanitasi, lingkungan (fokus pada gambut), serta energi berkelanjutan.

Setelah menyelesaikan studi di Belanda, penerima beasiswa diharuskan kembali ke Indonesia. Adalah kewajiban penerima beasiswa untuk meneruskan komitmennya bagi pembangunan melalui institusi tempat mereka bekerja.

Persyaratan Umum

Selain warga negara Indonesia dengan pendidikan minimal S1 dari universitas di Indonesia, pendaftar harus dapat menunjukkan bukti prestasi akademik dengan IPK minimal 2,75.

Dengan pengalaman kerja setelah lulus S-1 minimal 2 tahun di institusi terakhir; pendaftar harus berlatar belakang pendidikan atau bidang kerja yang sesuai dengan pilihan studi program master pilihannya.

Responsibilities

• As a key player in automotive industry, we need dynamic and highly motivated individuals with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills as our future leaders. Your main responsibility is to handle back office : Finance, General affair & Personnel administration operations, and play a supportive function as a partner for our sales operation (Toyota, Daihatsu, Isuzu, Nissan Diesel, Peugeot, and BMW).
